Saturday, October 31, 2009. Greetings from the Enterprise with Butterflies! Today was great fun with all the trick or treating, sitting out in the lawn giving out candy and the costumes! Kaylie tried to get into her Pa's jacket pocket at all the 'scary' costumes and decorations, but managed to get a bucketful of loot anyways after they walked up and down the entire street. Kaylie wanted to be a pink sparkly butterfly. check. And she wanted fancy pink sparkly makeup. check. And a close up of Reed!

And baby makes 3. Feb 2010 (6 months). Ok, so here's what was going on in Feb, when G turned 6 months! He liked it a lot. But not as much as he liked the sweet potatoes a few days later! He started sitting up on his own, the day after he turned 6 months. My grandparents came in from Michigan and got to meet their first great-grandchild :). Love this pic, about to go check the mail on a crazy cold day, he was even wearing his mittens. Then my aunt and cousins came to Texas too, and we all went to Kemah.

And baby makes 3. It took forever, but Baby G's umbilical cord finally fell off at 6 weeks. So he got his first bath, and he LOVED it! It was so much fun giving him a bath! He cooed and babbled the whole time, the most we've ever heard him "talk." And did you see those curls! They only show up when his hair is wet :) And as soon as he got in his comfy pj's he passed out. I guess getting a bath is hard work. 6 weeks old (better late than never! I had a doctors appt this morning, this was to find out WHEN we were having a baby! As we were leaving. Not that I feel that we will be having this baby this weekend or anything, but I guess it could happen! So I guess the baby has dropped, I wasn't sure. So thats all I know for now! And baby makes 3. Houston, we have a face. This morning was another ultrasound, and our baby's face is no longer just bones, we have a definite face! At the last u/s we got a face shot, but it was creepy. well, it was a skull! So it was fun this time to see lips, nose, etc. we even got to see him (this week, boy) open his mouth a few times. we saw his tiny bladder, his heart beating (140 bpm) and a few other things. but no money shot, we looked away when she did measurements of the legs :). And baby makes 3. About once a week i have a bottomless stomach sort of day. it happens to be today this time! The rest of the week i eat 3 meals and maybe a snack. on bottomless stomach days i would say i more graze all day long :) thats between meals, of course. My cough is for the most part gone!
