At least six (6) students per JMG Class. Career Specialists must attend JMG professional development trainings (week in July- Three days in February). JMG Students must attend one of the two JMG sponsored events (Fall Leadership Conference, October and/or Career Development Conference in April). Employ the active teaching method to facilitate students engaging in team work, leadership, decision making, and critical thinking by completing a community service project (plan of work).
