If he says, “160 yards” then he is clearly over estimating, and will know immediately upon learning the true yardage that he has a lot to work on. Wednesday, June 23, 2010. CVC 21202(a) Appeal Successful; Charges Reversed and Dismissed. It only took 15 months, but last Friday the Appellate Division of the San Diego Superior Court ruled in my favor to overturn and dismiss the “Fail to ride to the right” charges from March 2009 ( full story here. From the court order. The judgment is reversed and the charges are dismissed in the interests of justice. (. People v. Kriss. Could I repost this to bikesd? June 23, 2010 at 10:17 AM. Monday, May 11, 2009. I went on two bike rides this weekend, and they couldn't have been more different. The variety of experiences a person can have on a bicycle is amazing, and I pity those who never get out and ride. That's fast in my book. I did the run up Torrey Pines back to La Jolla by myself, and finished with a 47 mile average of 19.4 mph. I felt great, and had a wonderful workout to prepare for Tuesday Night Racing.
