I exfoliate only at night right now but I think I want to start doing a light exfoliater to get my face nice and soft for my makeup. Get a little tray and blend those to things and then immediately apply to your face or desired place to exfoliate. It leave a nice texture. Try to do it every three days or every other day. Exfoliating manually is safe once a day or a couple of times a week, but scrub only for about a minute, apply light pressure, and use a good moisturizer afterward. Massaging with light pressure removes dead cells. For the face, try a soft washcloth or a Buf-Puf. As for granular scrubs, the gentler the better. Soft synthetic beads should be plentiful in the formula . good luck to you! How often do you exfoliate your face? A few times a week.
