East Devon District Council. Will ERA Oppose East Devon DC's plans to appeal against High Court Judgment? In 2008 EDDC requested a Judicial Review of the work carried out by the Boundary Committee in Devon. The Hearing took place on 19 December 2008 and Judgment was given in the High Court. By Cranston J on the 8th Jan 2009. Councillor Sara Randall Johnson, Leader of East Devon District Council issued a statement. EDDC decided last week at a special meeting of their Executive Board on Wed 14 Jan 2009.
