My symptoms have been dwindling away, except for the morning (evening) sickness which is still there daily. Yesterday was one of the most special days of my life. The little one was really active when we went to bed so Graeme put his hand on my tummy. Then . kick! Did you feel that? There's one again" "Nope" . kick! There" "I felt that! He said it was really faint, but definitely there. Yay! I think he was really excited and that the baby became just a bit more real for him in that moment. What a generous gift!

By the time I got to work and started thinking about what happened at the ultrasound, I was a complete mess! We went for a special dinner last night, and it was wonderful. We went for our monthly doctor's checkup this morning and got great news - our ultrasound test results came back clear! Our little boy is healthy. :). The story of my pregnancy. Warning: contains truth and reality. Monday, June 11, 2007. Hormones cause all sorts of unexpected reactions. I've been quite good so far (other than the first 2 days) but today was horrid. I went for bloodwork and the minute the nurse walked in the door I burst into tears! This is what those hormones do.". Of course I then had to drive to work and hide out in my office for a while so people wouldn't know I had been crying. And no, I didn't even faint after all that.
