Our family built through adoption from China. Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Farewell, First Grade. This week is the end of first grade as we know it. She's already had her awards day for school, her Sunday School picnic, and her end of the season gymnastics presentation. I'm one proud Mommy with all the medals and certificates she's earned! This is our journey to Ming and Kanani Minyi residing in Xinjiang province. Wednesday, January 23, 2013. Yesterday, both NVC approvals were sent to China. I am now awaiting Article 5, which should take about 2 weeks. Then Travel Approval (TA). It's hard to believe that I have actually made it to this point, given all the complications encounter along the way. Monday, January 7, 2013. The Wait is OVER. I have no reason to doubt her and all the belief in God, that all will happen within his perfect timing.
