Ernesto Moncada Albelayo y Josefina Noreña quienes llegaron con sus seis hijos los cuales son : Darío, William, Augusto,Ernando, Nubia y Alberto Moncada en el año 1960 en muy bajas condiciones condiciones transportándose desde su ciudad natal en un camión hospedándose en lo que es hoy el barrio centenario.
