I’m missing you! Done with Wolof exams! April 29, 2009 in Uncategorized. This is my favorite graffiti in Dakar. I walk by it everyday on the way to school. It is a political slogan for a man with the surname Kara. It means 'Why not Kara? From what I understand, his political campaign was not completely successful.
