后来县上认为这是农村社会主义教育和思想工作的新鲜事物而大力推广，从而形成了 城乡户户五颜六色，村村壁画满墙，一街两行成了天然画廊，群众好不热闹 强文同上 的局面。 别一种说法认为起源于江苏邳县、河北束鹿、甘肃庆阳、陕西户县、安徽阜阳、四川绵阳，湖南浏阳等地的1958年 壁画化 、 诗画墙 等配合 大跃进 的活动。 当然这种 发明权 属于谁，在今天看并不来并不重要，重要的是这一时期形成了被称为农民画的 第一种模式。 著名美术理论家程征先生在其 每二种模式的诞生 一文阐述这种模式的艺术特点时说 农民在那种特定的历史氛围里，把身心皈依于乌托邦式的理想，再聚合为现代神话般的理想图景。 根据户县文化馆馆长谢志安 从1951年 直到退休始终任馆长 先生 户县农民画的形成和发展 一文提供，户县早在1951年底就成立了 户县城关地区美术组 1956年全县分区组织农村俱乐部，都设有美术级 1958年全县普遍实行了 壁画化 1958年底，户县在西安美专教师陈士衡主持下先后举办了太平炼钢工地和甘峪水库工地两个美术训练班，参加增训的农民近百名。 地址 中国西安户县画展街14号 邮编 710300 陕ICP备05009378号.
