http://prittii.blogspot.com/2011/02/is-it-going-to-happen-ancient-egyptian.html
Tuesday, February 22, 2011. Is it going to happen an Ancient Egyptian Trend? The whole World turned the eyes to Egypt during the last weeks. We all watched on the news: after long protests, the people managed to remove a militarist government, and from then on Egyptians will have democracy. From all of that, what is mostly concerned to this blog (which is mostly a fashion blog, not so political) is: will all this events be influence to a new ancient Egypt trend? They were probably the first to invent ele...

Prittii Blog: Outstanding Fashion Illustrators
http://prittii.blogspot.com/2011/02/outstanding-fashion-ilustrators.html
Sunday, February 20, 2011. Those who frequently read my blog know: I love making lists! I have done lists on new photographers, classic actresses, elegant models, important fashion magazines, and it goes on. The Surrealistic Art of the Fashion Satirist: Antoine Helbert. His art is between painting and photoshop: between real and virtual; which is nothing new for fashion illustration these days; we all know this industry loves the perfection of artificially manipulated images. I am one of the believers th...

Prittii Blog: The Muse: Lara Stone
http://prittii.blogspot.com/2011/04/muse-lara-stone.html
Thursday, April 21, 2011. The Muse: Lara Stone. Time went by and a few models reached the status of celebrity model, but none really reached the title of a fashion icon. Then suddenly happened Lara Stone. Her face looks like a mix between Madonna, Brigitte Bardot and Kate Moss, matching beautifully with a slim-but-curvy body. She is topping the chart of models.com since 2010 and she is also in their list of "Sexiest models" in position number 10. Everything happened really fast to Lara. She was cover of ...

Prittii Blog: Düsseldorf State of Art Photography Exhibition
http://prittii.blogspot.com/2012/05/dusseldorf-state-of-art-photography.html
Sunday, May 6, 2012. Düsseldorf State of Art Photography Exhibition. Today is the last day of the "State of Art Photography". Exhibition in Düsseldorf. I was fortunate to have the opportunity of visiting this exhibition, which in the end gave me even more excitement about believing my photography ideal. The reason for that, are actually two: the two most outstanding photographers were female and one of them is young and self-tough. It brings the spectator into another world. Aside with "State of Art".

Prittii Blog: The Beautiful Art of Olivia de Berardinis
http://prittii.blogspot.com/2009/06/beautiful-art-of-olivia-de-berardinis.html
Friday, June 12, 2009. The Beautiful Art of Olivia de Berardinis. I am a very assiduous fan of Pin Up art (I think it's not hard to notice, as you see I always post about glamour and vintage stuff). The difference between me and most people that also like Pin Up art, is that I appreciate mostly the contemporary Pin Ups. Of course I love classic artists like Gil Elvgren and Alberto Vargas, but definitely my favorite artist right now is Olivia de Berardinis. They could even be inspiration for fashion adver...

Prittii Blog: Visiting the Sinister Vila Hugel
http://prittii.blogspot.com/2012/05/visiting-sinister-vila-hugel.html
Friday, May 4, 2012. Visiting the Sinister Vila Hugel. One of the main tourist attractions in the city where I live now - Essen in Germany - is the Vila Hugel mansion. It's a neo-classic house constructed by a very successful businessman 100 years ago, with wood floors and sealings, huge rooms, sinister old pictures on the wall and a beautiful garden. Labels: black and white. May 5, 2012 at 11:52 AM. This looks like such a magical place! Http:/ theas-vintage.blogspot.com/. May 6, 2012 at 6:53 AM. Subscri...

Prittii Blog: Dakota Rose: A Style Genious
http://prittii.blogspot.com/2012/08/dakota-rose-style-genious.html
Friday, August 17, 2012. Dakota Rose: A Style Genious. There is a huge buzz in the internet about "doll like" girls. Some look a little bit strange or highly Photoshopped and some actually look like real life dolls, such as Kotakoti. Miss Koti is a character created and developed by a 16 years old American girl and her real name is Dakota Rose. And the German Invadermag. She has dozens of fake profiles on facebook created by fans. The main point of all is that Dakota Rose seems to me a style genius!

Prittii Blog: Nostalgia: Supermodels Era
http://prittii.blogspot.com/2011/04/nostalgia-supermodels-era.html
Saturday, April 2, 2011. I know we love the new supermodels with their Alien look, sometimes child-like face, and very skinny body, but they are definitely not fascinating and inspiring as the supermodels that used to rule the catwalks in the 90's. While fashion magazines, designers and supermodels were part of the fascination of a general public, nowadays celebrities from the music and film industries are ruling the trends (yes! They create more trends than Vogue) and becoming covers of fashion magazines.
