Monday, December 29, 2003. 6 am : 1/2 A&W waffle with nothing (no butter, no honey, no maple syrup) a glass of low-fat milk. 12 pm : rice tuna fried egg daun singkong. 430 pm : a glass of melon juice. 6 pm : a glass of low-fat milk rice kangkung teri. 8 pm : a super small portion of gambas soup.
