位於台中縣大安鄉 現為台中巿大安區 海墘厝的 崇善祠. 光緒二十四年再度倒塌，没有馬上重建，正好當時流行瘟疫，造成很多人死亡，人們認為是小祠中的寃魂作祟，就由當地的士紳 王胡 、 李元治 等人發起，建立了一座永久性的小祠，說來真巧，建祠之後瘟疫患者突然減少。 寒食節的由來，是春秋時代的晉文公 重耳 ，其父親晉獻公寵愛驪姫並聽信她的讒言，先殺死太子 申生 ，接著又準備殺死 重耳 時， 重耳 就緊急帶領侍臣亡命他鄉。 在外一共流浪了十九年才回國，當 重耳 逃亡的期間，某次由於食物斷絕，侍臣 介之推竟然割腿上的肉給重耳. 每年農曆從二月底起一直到清明節前後，台灣人照例在這段期間要選一個吉日，到祖先墳上進行 掛紙 和 培墓 的 掃墓 行為. 比較貧窮的人家僅僅 掛紙 就就算了事，而生活為富裕的人家則 掛紙 與 培墓 同時進行。 所謂 掛紙 在北方叫 壓墳 ，又叫 壓紙. 在進行 掛紙 時，是先把長方形的黃白紙或五色紙 又稱墓紙 ，用小石塊或土塊將紙壓在墳頂之上，再向祖墳祭拜，没有墓紙的墳就表示死者己經没有子孫。 祭拜和修墳都好了，要燒 刈金 土地公金、壽金 給后土 也稱土地公。 所謂 踏青 又叫 踏青草.

從前新竹南城外住了一戶名叫林暖，有一天掘地，發現了一個石像，地方耆老判斷是為 楊真人 ， 林暖便建草屋祭祀. 哪吒生來善解人意，性武勇絕倫，在 古書封神榜中有 殺龍子 、 四海龍王尋仇 、 削肉還父 、 蓮花化身 各種神蹟，後人因其武勇，諡太子爺，為保護嬰兒之神. 本祠配祀有土地公、范將軍、謝將軍， 當年戰鬥陣亡的日軍小隊長赤星中尉著軍服安置在中央，廟的兩側寫有 忠勇奉公七百英靈同貯骨 、 義仁護國萬千信士表誠心. 途中庽見呂洞賓加以阻止， 這是你的孩子，你於心何忍呢 於是用刀將肉塊割開，中有 五位男子 大王、二王、三王、四王、尾王 ，尾王因為刀所誤傷，在額頭中央有一傷口為眼，本廟即奉祀尾王，稱鎮殿王。 以釋迦佛 祭日在四月八日 及觀音佛祖 祭日在二月十九日 為配祀。
