A week full of fun. 1 box spice cake mix. 1 small can pumpkin. 1 bag of chocolate chips. 1Mix spice cake and pumpkin until smooth (batter will be stiff). 2Stir in egg until incorporated, then add entire bag of chocolate chips. 3Grease a cookie sheet and drop the cookies on by tablespoon. 4 Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes, until done when tested with a toothpick. 5Cool several minutes in the pan, then finish cooling on a wire rack.

Recipe of the day. 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces. 3 Tbsp vegetable oil. 3 Tbsp soy sauce. 1 clove garlic, minced. 2 bell peppers cut into strips. 3 ribs celery cut into 1/2 inch pieces. 8 green onions cut into 1/2 inch pieces. 3/4 cup cold water. 1 In a medium bowl, combine chicken with 1 Tbsp oil, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, garlic and1 tsp cornstarch.
