Skip to main content. Order and Delivery Info. Nyhavn in Copenhagen, Acrylic on Canvas. You probably heard that we went to Denmark for our summer holiday this year. I loved the colourful buildings in Copenhagen and wanted to paint a piece of work which reflected this. I wanted it to be a little abstract but as you can see, the painting I ended up with was more representational. Although I did omit a lot of the detail from my original photograph. It's always lovely to hear thoughts in the comments below.

Tips for choosing a photographer. Tuesday, 11 December 2012. Newton Hall is a Georgian Hotel on the beautiful Northumberland coast. It is luxurious and quirky and I was looking forward to photographing this fabulous wedding. The day started at the bride's house with some funky shoes and the groom's artwork on the wall. Some mother-daughter make up time and the bride's mum in her dressing gown. One final check in the mirror before it was time to go. A nervous-looking groom was waiting at Newton Hall.
