Tost sa svježim sirom i cimetom. 1 šalica svježeg sira. 1/2 žličice ekstrakta vanilije. Zagrijte pećnicu na 240°C. I namjestite je na pečenje samo preko gornjeg grijača. U zdjelici dobro pomiješajte sir, cimet, ekstrakt vanilije i šećer. Rasporedite po četvrtinu smjese na svaku šnitu tosta. Pecite u pećnici dok se po siru ne počnu stvarati mjehurići. Izvadite iz pećnice i svaku šnitu pokapajte s malo meda. Poslužite toplo. Podijeli na usluzi Twitter. Podijeli na usluzi Facebook. Kuglice od keksa i kokosa.

Madeleines (Francuski kolačići od maslaca). 2 jaja (sobne temperature). 3/4 žličice ekstrakta vanilije. 1 žlica ribane limunove korice. 1/3 šalice šećera (za posipanje). Zagrijte pećnicu na 190°C. Zagrijte manji lončić pa u njemu rastopite maslac. Ostavite sa strane da se ohladi. U zdjeli mikserom istucite jaja, ekstrakt vanilije i sol. Stalno miksajući, postepeno dodavajte šećer. Svinjski medaljoni u umaku od vrhnja i bijelog vina. 400 g svinjskog filea. 1 dl bijelog vina. 100 ml vrhnja za kuhanje. Svinjski file očistite od eventualnih masnoća te ga narežite na odreske debljine oko dva centimentra. Potom ga posolite i popaprite. Na zagrijanom maslacu popržite tako pripremljene medaljone dok ne porumene (oko 3 minute sa svake strane) te ih potom izvadite iz masnoće i stavite na toplo. Medaljone poslužite prelivene umakom.
