Training six days a week is a big ask and well done you. I also feel SO much better when I take some exercise and eat well. What’s missing for me just now is the hours of sleep that I know I really need. Must get to bed! Well done Anastasia that is amazing!

My 12 week body transformation following the Michelle Bridges program. As promised here is my final post. Life still goes on after 12wbt (surprise surprise) and life is now fabulous. I have the tools to keep me going and going I will. So what have I been up to these last three weeks? Ran the mother’s day classic 8 km fun run in 38 minutes and finished 50th in my age group (30-39). Running 20km a week. Following the Advanced Lean and Strong program and working towards a buffer body. Run a half Marathon.
