Training six days a week is a big ask and well done you. I also feel SO much better when I take some exercise and eat well. My 12 week body transformation following the Michelle Bridges program. As promised here is my final post. Life still goes on after 12wbt (surprise surprise) and life is now fabulous. I have the tools to keep me going and going I will. So what have I been up to these last three weeks? Ran the mother’s day classic 8 km fun run in 38 minutes and finished 50th in my age group (30-39). Running 20km a week. Following the Advanced Lean and Strong program and working towards a buffer body. Run a half Marathon.

So I weighed myself on Monday 16th of January 2012 – the official pre season start and from every Wednesday here on in I will post my weight. Even though the official program hasn’t yet begun I’m hoping that my own preseason workouts have helped me somewhat – stay tuned folks and remember the scales don’t lie (unless they are broken or miscalibrated) – am I making excuses already?
