Approaching my mid 40's and not having done any real form of exercise for some years, I was keen to try the boot camp but worried that it would all be a bit too much. I have to say that the way Ollie runs it is perfect - it's tough but not over the top and I am already feeling fitter, stronger and have lost some weight.
