Still wasnt awesome but was a bit better than yesterday. need to put a little less water so its a little thicker, it was about 24 oz, i drank it all. i then had a few small carrots with hummus because they were saying get in mah belli. Didnt get good sleep. awoken by brother at 230am-ish for reasons i will not specify. its friday going to try to get 2 really good workouts in the next 3 days. 15 scoops protein powder (30g protein). Ice, water, flaxseed, 1 scoop strawberry jelly, to sweeten it up since it is strawberry shake. Leftover duchess burger i didnt eat last night. no bread, just the beef in the middle. Protein shake: banana, soy protein, low fat yogurt, flaxseed. 3 dunkin donuts heart shape donuts yummy (like 1000000 calories). Large coffee light and sweet. Broccoli and pork and dried cranberries. Green tea, honey, fresh ginger. Db dbl chest press. Alt db dbl chest press. Decline dbl db press. Tri oh db press. Finished off with tabata. 20 2 hand swings.

Sat 1/8/2012 Bike ride. 24 miles, 1:42:00, 1245 calories. Home to Compo to Calf Pasture to Cranbury park, hit every hill I could. Squats, burpees, cocktail lunges destroyed me. MONDAY TUESDAY CANT WALK HURTING BAD OUCH FAIL SERIOUSLY BAD. Still hurting a whole lot, could not do any lower body, so did chest and tri's.
