Saturday, August 22, 2009. Today we finally made it to the State Fair. The weather was perfect. We were there for a couple of hours and then left so the girls could get haircuts. I mowed the yard and then Shelley dropped Anna off at the house and returned to the Fairgrounds with Madeline and Carmen. Those three are going to the Kelly Clarkson concert at 8:00 PM. Sunday, July 26, 2009. Early in July Carmen went on a Youth Mission Trip to the Red Lake Reservation in Northern Minnesota. She had a lot of fun and I'm sure she thought it was a great adventure. Riley goes for 5-minute mile. Running bike path on Valentine's Day 2010. Monday, February 13, 2012. 3 trips around cemetery. Very steady, but hard run. I ran to the cemetery, did three loops, and back in 32:30. It seems very hard because, 1. I'm not in the best possible shape. 2. It's after school, and I got up at 5:30 am 3. Tonight I ran 30 minutes with Claire, downtown, up past the post office, up and Street, left to the park, big loop, then back to the school. 27 minutes, then I cooled down 3 minutes.
