Preform a light warm up that allows you to do 5 – 10 reps. Add enough weight that will allow you to preform 3 – 5 reps. Estimate a near maximal load that will allow you to preform 2 – 3 reps. 2 – 4 min rest. Increase the load again. 2.5kg for upper body and 5kg for lower body. 3 – 4 min rest. From your own site.
