My name is Sakara Carter and I currently just finished my junior year at Frank McCourt High School. This past school year, I found out a lot about myself. Through my creative writing class, I realized that I have a passion and talent for writing short stories. Through my community service and advisory class, I discovered that I am good at and enjoy creating visual things, like presentation boards. First semester, I did better academically than I had any other year and I'm proud of that.
