Friday, October 29, 2010. I've been taking a film directing class at UCLA extention. Recently. Ya, that's why my interviews haven't been updated quickly enough. The bad thing is I interviewed excellent people before this new schooling kicked my ass.The footage is on my computer, I just need to edit.(sigh).I shall do so soon! Thursday, January 13, 2011. I usually refuse to blog about movies. but I haven't seen an ingenious movie like "Dogtooth" for a long time, so here we go! Despite this Greek movie winning best picture at Cannes 2009, we only just had a chance to see it at a small independent cinema house, the " Silent Movie theater. For a week only. Wednesday, November 24, 2010. It is time to post my school project again! In this film, we have to tell a story with a beginning,middle and end using only six shots. The most tricky part is each shot must be exactly 10 seconds in length. I think our teacher just wants us to suffer:(. Wednesday, March 9, 2011. Since I didn't get a good internet connection at a small beach town, Cinque Terre, my posting is running behind! We took a train to Riomaggiore, one of 5 towns of Cinque Terre. And hiked 20 minute to the next town, Manorola where our B&b located. We walked along Via dell'Amore. Where all the " love locks "were dangling, hoping their loves locked eternally. And here I come, MANOROLA! The place I could die for! Cinque Terre doesn't have museums but they do have outstanding sea food.
