Μετά το πρόσφατο ταξίδι μας στη Βαρκελώνη και τα τάπας που δοκιμάσαμε εκεί (ή pintxos), πήρα πάραμε πολλές γευστικές ιδέες. Κι έτσι είπαμε να τις εφαρμόσουμε και στην πράξη σε ένα μπουφέ για γιορτή. 2 φλιτζ. ντομάτα τριμμένη. 2 κουτ. σούπας έξτρα παρθένο ελαιόλαδο. 1 κουτ. γλυκού ζάχαρη. 1 κουτ. γλυκού καυτερή πάπρικα. 1 κουτ. γλυκού ξύδι.
