Glutinous Rice flour 140 grams. Rice or almond milk 3/4 cup. Coconut sugar 1/4 cup. Vanilla Extract 1 1/2 tsp. Baking powder 1/4 tsp. Matcha Powder 4 tsp. White Chocolate 5 cubes. Heavy cream or milk 1/4 cup. Matcha Powder 1 tsp. 8211; 1 Nonstick* cupcake/muffin pan ( Ours has 24 mini moulds in 1 tray). 8211; Medium size mixing bowl. Preheat oven to 170 degrees celcius). 1 Mix all the dry ingredients together. 3 Spoon roughly 1 tablespoon of batter in each cupcake mould and place in oven for 17 minutes.
