July 28, 2015. 1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained. 1 4 oz. can diced Green chiles. 1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes. 1 can reduced sodium chicken broth. 1 c frozen or fresh corn. 1 lbs chicken breast *(see note below). 1-2 clove garlic, minced. 1 t onion powder. 1 t dried oregano. 1 tsp chili powder. 1 tsp cumin (I like 2). 2 tsp Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend. C nonfat Greek yogurt. 2 T fresh squeezed lime.

If you read your labels you will find that most veggie burgers and black bean burgers are loaded with sodium. Hint: When reading labels try to keep your sodium levels equal to or less than the calories. I learned to make these this summer from Jeff Novick, a chef for Whole Foods. His friend even asked for the recipe. :) I told him I would blog it so his Mom could print it for him. He didn't even want to wait that long because he wanted to make it again for his family that day. I thought that was so cute. I am not a huge cranberry fan, but the tartness of the cranberry and the hint of orange from the orange zest makes this combination fantastic! You must try it today! Just trust me on this one :). 2 bananas, mashed. 1 orange, zest (you can squeeze some of the juice in as well if you would like. I used 1/2). 2/3 c coconut oil, melted (or butter, but I always use coconut oil). 1 t baking soda. 1 t baking powder. Check out my new website!

Visiting cafes and writing our honest opinions are what we do. There's a hidden gem in Liverpool that you must visit. It's easy to spot this cafe, just look for the "AU" neon light signage. It might not be the most lavish cafe but the quality of coffee beans will create a little surprise and it brightens up your day. I had the poppy seed bagel to go with my coffee.
