Feel the golden season. 食得好 Eat Well] 對自己好啲, 食好啲啲. 朋友說帶我去吃好東西, 自然是快快樂樂地跟著去。拿起餐廳名字看看, 噫, 是在天后區呢。不過不是在內街, 而是近車行的大馬路那邊。一向不懂駕車的我, 是從來不會走過那頭去的, 所以也從未聽過此餐廳的名字: 食得好。 真是一個有意思的名字。要食得好一點都不易。先要食材好, 二要廚子手勢好, 作為食客的我們才可以食得好。改此名, 可看得出老闆的雄心可大呢。食得好店子很小很小, 即便是用盡了, 也不過是四張大枱左右的空間吧。人數有控制, 廚房要應對上來也易一點, 與店名也頗合襯的。 食得好主要做的是中菜, 而且是廣東菜。打開菜牌看名字, 多為家常小炒, 或與大排檔中供應的, 看似並無分別。不過, 私房菜的經營模式付予他細雕慢啄的空間, 成品並不如我想像之中粗豪。反之, 味味精緻細膩, 濃淡得宜, 實在令人眼前一亮。 不過最終我們還是未有叫白飯吃, 看到尾, 你自然知道為什麼。 原來是享富盛名的多功菜, 順德煎釀鯪魚。 吃了那麼多濃味的食物, 接下來自然要點個菜吃。豆腐...

Thai Woman in PP. 8220;Nara” Thai restaurant was founded in 2003 by a group of female entrepreneurs. 這一句是從Nara的官方網站上節錄出來的。我認自己是一個很土氣的人, 明明在這一個世代已經是男女平等得很緊要, 但看到一些由女性做主理的活動/團體時, 還是會覺得很感動。Nara Thai Cuisine 這個由女性一手創立的品牌, 走的是高檔飲食的路線。在泰國的幾家Nara分店, 一早成為去泰國旅遊時的指定朝聖點。及後, Nara再創立更年輕的分線Apinara, 食物的味道一樣嚴謹, 但氣氛就要活潑得多。 泰式生蝦吃得多, 但這樣好吃的泰式生蝦我還是第一次吃。一般來說我吃泰式生蝦重點都會放在醬汁及蒜片之上。最好要夠辣夠嗆, 蝦肉只要不霉沒有異味就好了。是的, 我除了日本餐廳的刺身、西餐的牛肉他他之外, 對生食的食物是戒心很大信心很少的。 一向不是太吃得辣的我馬上舉手投降, 再也不敢碰那碟辣醬了。 吃泰國菜不吃咖哩的話就好似不夠...

Feel the golden season. 自覺得有一種文是最難打的, 那就是飲茶的點心文了。你想想, 每次飲茶, 大約都要叫每人兩份點心才夠飽吧。如果一行五人去飲茶, 就是十碟菜了! 每碟菜都寫幾句, 加起來都會是好大的一篇文呢。如何寫得有趣又不悶. 哈, 難啊! 剛開門不久的時候, 要訂位吃中午是有點困難的。大約要提早一星期打電話去訂位才比較保險。不過最近似乎熱潮有緩下來的跡象了, 早幾天打去訂位也是沒有問題的。也不難怪, 唐宮小聚的佔地面積可是很廣闊的呢! 味道也是一等一。個人好喜歡它的麵包皮, 鬆而軟, 爽口不粘, 極是好吃。內餡也是豐滿足料的, 有濃濃的菇香, 點點松露, 清而不寡! 說穿了, 就是擁有燒賣賣相的糯米包吧。個人認為它做得濕了一點, 糯米就顯得有點糊爛粘口, 雖然味道做得很不錯, 但還是有好大的進步空間。 都說了我們愛吃香口食物的啦, 不過這個春卷就流於平凡了。可能是因為唐宮小驟實在有不少創意點心, 令我們對它的期望提高了好多! 撇開驚喜不說, 這春卷的味道實在是不錯的。 翡翠鴨卷 (原價HK$58 小聚併盤 HK$108). 想吃皮蛋又想特別一點...

Feel the golden season. 當然愛啊。雖然大閘蟹不是我最喜歡吃的蟹種, 但那個蟹膏的香膩呢, 想起都叫人心動。小一點的時候, 家人興致好, 也會買蟹回家蒸來吃。但近年已經沒有這個閒情逸緻了。一來, 都不知道上哪裡買才買得到像樣的蟹 - 又不是常常跑內地的人, 不可以學他人一般從上海搬蟹回港; 二來, 吃的人不多(怕只有我一人還有此心癮), 一隻隻蒸來終究是太煩。漸漸地「吃大閘蟹」這個活動, 就在我家絕跡了。 往年的勁頭不是太大, 跟朋友去吃吃蟹粉宴就覺得滿意了。但今年不知怎地總是有總不吃大閘蟹不心息的堅持。雖說真的要買蟹回家做也不是不可能, 在街上也不難找到賣蟹的店, 但質素好不好不好說。即使店家言之鑿鑿地說是老三陽大閘蟹, 不到蒸熟了打開蟹蓋的那一刻, 都不知它是好是歹, 但售價總是不便宜的。 這樣的情況下只要有店家打出「任食」的旗號, 必定可以吸引我去訂位。最後, 還是拉著不怎樣愛吃蟹的T先生訂了 帝苑廳. 但今次來, 目標是秋刀魚, 就乾脆散叫好了。訂位之時已經預訂了是晚的主角, 再加小食數款, 應該就夠了。 今天所去的禮賓傅, 主廚的 鍾建良師傅.
