Experiências de uma filha de mineiros, que está em busca do sabor caipira! 19 de setembro de 2010. Maminha moída com massa folhada, brócolis na manteiga e salada de repolho, batatas e azeitonas. Logo que cheguei em São Paulo, há três anos atrás, almocei num restaurante aqui pertinho de casa - o Santa Papa - e experimentei essa carne que ficou na minha memória, pois tinha um sabor delicado e uma textura macia e muito suculenta. Depois disso, abri a massa e coloquei a carne envolvendo nela a massa folhada.
