How can they not make you smile? Monday, June 27, 2011. Last weekend our family went camping. The last time we went camping as a family was when Joshua was 6 months old and that was an interesting experience only because we couldn't put him down to crawl around. This time we had a 4 and 2 year old and the woods were their playground! The Wilsons joined us and we had a great time. We only went for one night but I think it was a good start! Doing a little "karate kid" move! Ok this was just a funny picture!

How can they not make you smile? Thursday, June 16, 2011. The Second Half of May. We're into the second half of June already so (shocker) I have to play catch up! Jacob running away from the waves as fast as he can! You know he's working hard when the tongue is out. When we got to the reception and the boys saw the dance floor, it was hard to keep them off it! How can they not make you smile? Monday, March 29, 2010. Joshua has become very enthusiastic about writing letters and numbers. This is the first time he wrote his name. That was followed by Jacob, Mommy, Daddy, Oma, Papa, and Beama. I think Grandmom and Granddad were a little long! 160; Im pretty confident that we wont have to do any further tests. . How can they not make you smile? Monday, August 30, 2010. Lots of stuff going on! Well not really a lot of stuff but we're sort of busy, not really! Here are the boys taking pictures of themselves. One day I was an awesome mommy and we went outside to eat lunch. In one of Joshua's favorite books they talk about party hats so Joshua wanted a party hat with the number 3 on it because "I'm 3 years old.". This is the "you're going to pay for taking pictures of me" face followed by the "I'm not amused" face.

How can they not make you smile? Sunday, October 3, 2010. First Day of School. I really thought I had already posted this but I guess I forgot. The first day of school. Joshua was soooo excited to be starting school. He was so proud of his new Thomas backpack which is a little too big! He loves it though. It's hard to see but Jacob, who is in front of Joshua in this picture, has to do whatever his brother is doing so he had to wear his backpack too! Joshua getting let out. Jacob running to get hugs!

How can they not make you smile? Thursday, May 27, 2010. Just a Normal Thursday. Jacob decided to take a header into the corner of the bottom step. He got this GIANT goose egg within 5 minutes. I got a can of Reddi Whip today. I can't remember the last time I bought it but I had a coupon! So we had a fun night. Sunday, May 23, 2010. I had to send my computer away for 2 weeks to get fixed recently. Well I finally got it back on Friday and I can't express how happy I feel! So here are a few catch-me-ups!

How can they not make you smile? Monday, April 25, 2011. Easter Weekend at the Farm. Our family went to the farm for the weekend along with our friends, The Wilsons. The plan was for David and Mark to go camping and hiking on Friday night while Charissa and I had a marathon Alias (the TV show) viewing weekend. How can they not make you smile? Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Each month I add a folder on my computer for my pictures labeled by month. My pictures have been sitting on my camera for 15 days because I've been too lazy to create a new folder for May! Oh well what are you going to do! We also had some fun with paint this month. This is usually done when Jacob is still sleeping because I don't know if I had handle this with two of them yet! Joshua said he had to take off his shirt so he wouldn't get it dirty.
