Just looking to last entry two months ago - yeah - was feeling pretty low about the whole law thing - things potentially could be looking up - not counting any chickens but tis a chance! Out in LA now anyways - going up to Mammoth at the weekend (snowboarding :-S) and gonna be getting sworn in ASAP - moral certification finally came through all ok! Just keep trying i guess. the old thing:. If you don't give up, you can't fail!

That put non-Wyoming and non-Texas law school graduates like me at a disadvantage compared to those who went to law school in-state and thus had three years to prepare for the oil and gas law portion, to include the opportunity to take an oil and gas law class.
