We write to taste life twice, in the moment and in retrospection. Wednesday, February 27, 2008. I did see it! I had to find out. It would just bug me all day if I didn't ask someone. I had just caught a glimpse of something and I wanted to be wrong about it. Badly. I had a choice to make. Ask Tammy, or ask Amanda. While Tammy is almost 10 years older than me, Amanda is almost 10 years younger than me. Would one be more sympathetic than the other? Would one understand my concern more than the other? Tammy...

Where are we going? And, why are we in this hand basket? Thursday, March 25, 2010. With the weather being pretty good, I’ ve. Been outside quite a bit. It’s just cool enough to slow down the hornets. I can wear a long sleeved t-shirt ( just in case) and still be comfortable. The spiders? Well, you just gotta keep you eyes open for those suckers. That’s what the gloves are for. They only get you when you get in their hidey. Holes The hornets come after you for seemingly no reason. We’ ve. DIY Salvaged Jun...

Ruby's Big Adventure: A few pictures
http://rubysbigadventure.blogspot.com/2010/08/few-pictures.html
Where are we going? And, why are we in this hand basket? Monday, August 30, 2010. Ugly Russian olive trees coming up in the middle of the yard. Those are not going to be easy to pull out. More stupid Russian olive trees, with a nicely mowed path for Ruby. Those really tall, really green trees in the background are poplars (sp? It looks all lush and kinda pretty doesn't? They grow fast too. But, only part of them falls. And then it keeps on growing into a big thorny mess. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Where are we going? And, why are we in this hand basket? Monday, January 3, 2011. I finally got a chance to post the pictures of our Christmas yard decorations. It takes a while anyway because we have dial-up. But, with computer problems, there was just no way to get them posted. It's fixed now, so here they are. Where are we going? And, why are we in this hand basket? Thursday, March 4, 2010. I have lost my mind. I guess I can't make any more "white trash" comments now. The following are pictures of my latest yard art projects. Bicycle guy jumping over the pump shed. Yep, that's an old Wal-mart ball for his head. This the rust monster he is running from. Close up of why the bicycle guy is happy to be getting away from the rust monster. I had a little putting the rust monster together. Thanks kitties! Http:/ shes...
