For 2011, Jaguar asked to use the car for their promotions and wanted to incorporate the XKE for the 50th. The first show was at the Amelia Island concours. This is a car I just bought. Always wanted a Aston Martin. This is a 2007 Vantage with 18,000 miles. I really like the year designation (drop the 2 and it is 007). Very interesting car and looks a lot better in person. These pictures are from the dealers showroom. I will take some more soon.

Tie Rod Ends

XKE 6 cylinder Tie Rod Ends. The 6 cylinder cars use a tie rod end very similar to the later XJ6, XJS and V12 XKE. The big difference is that the 6 cylinder cars have. Very short tie rod ends and as such, have to have a larger bend angle than the later cars. The tie rod on the right is a later one and the angle. Is approx. 115 degrees. The one on the left is a 6 cylinder XKE and is 125 degrees. You can use the one on the left on the later cars without.
