Family Life in Law School (Possible? Saturday, October 3, 2009. My parents are moving to Grand Junction, Colorado soon and have put an offer on an awesome home. Take a look at the virtual tour. We were looking at these pictures a couple of nights ago and it hit me that my kids could be playing in that yard sometime soon, it was kind of weird and kind of exciting to think that. Family Life in Law School (Possible? Monday, July 14, 2008. I'm A Big Baby. Somehow I have made it through four days now without my family around. I was even able to do a couple of loads of laundry! You never know how great you have it until your wife and kids head across the nation for a few weeks. He was totally locked in and crushing the ball. Thursday, February 11, 2010. What were we thinking? Meet Kevin. Kevin - like me - is old. But as the sign says . . . we are men. Kevin has been my swim coach for about 3 years now, he has the patience of Job. Without Kevin I'd be a clueless, fitness swimmer, thrashing back and forth across the pool like a badly choreographed fall down a flight of stairs. With Kevin's help, I'm slowly starting to resemble a swimmer. I'm pretty nervous, and pretty excited as well. Wish us luck, we're gonna need it.

Thursday, August 7, 2008. Fun on the farm! Jackie and Her Cousins - Elijah and His Fish. On our visit to Salt Lake City Jackie loved playing with her cousins! Elijah would have nothing to do with the 'babies'! But he had tons of fun fishing with Grandpa! For my birthday this year I wanted to visit Amish Country. Friday, December 28, 2007. We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas as we celebrated the birth of our Savior! Jackie looked just like this after she opened each present. Elijah poses by his 'scared man' he created out of sticky foam. Two big hits were Transformers and Littlest Pets and the kids loved their new pj's from Grandma Madeline. This is my new little niece, Prisca, born on November 14 th. Is she tiny or what? And this is her big sister, on the right (isn't she so cute! Saturday, December 8, 2007.

Sunday, November 16, 2008. Washington DC with Mom and Melanie. Last month my Mom and Melanie flew into DC for a visit. We stayed overnight at a great little hotel in Alexandria, VA, just across the river from DC. It was so beautiful with all the fall colors-wish I would have taken some pictures of the foliage. We went up to the top of the Washington Memorial- the view was awesome! Waiting for the Metro. No idea where this picture was taken. Outside our hotel in Alexandria. We also visited Narnia.

We went to some friends' house for dinner and games then went over to the annual 'Pickle Drop' in Dillsburg, PA where they drop a giant pickle man at midnight, then had fireworks. It was crazy fun. It is what it is… I guess question that has been beaten to death comes up again, why are they forced into getting rid of teachers they like, and keep teachers that are burning out so fast you can actually see them glow.
