We have been gluten free since October of 2012 and have had ups and downs along the way. One of the most difficult aspects of being GF is eating out, and many tears have been shed in restaurants. That's how the idea for GFinDFW came about. We will continue to post about all aspects of living gluten free, so stay tuned!
