Riley was diagnosed with a rare type of pediatric cancer, Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor (AT/RT) in November 2009. This meant we would be undergoing chemotherapy, a stem cell transplant and radiation for the next nine months. During this time we discovered that the children were taken care of at the highest level but the parents were overlooked.
