12270 Woodsboro Pike Keymar, MD 21757. 1 ¾ cup cooked pumpkin. Frac12; teaspoon salt. 1 ¾ cup milk. 2/3 cup packed brown sugar. 2 tablespoon granulated sugar. 1 ¼ teaspoon cinnamon. Frac12; teaspoon ginger. Frac12; teaspoon nutmeg. Frac14; teaspoon cloves. Beat together all ingredients. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake at 425º for 45 to 55 minutes. Bake until a knife inserted into the filling comes out clean. Makes one 9-inch pie. Shirley’s Cheesy Potato and Cauliflower Chowder. 1 cup chopped onion.
