Dear Diary, I am Fat.Now What? A continuing saga about dreams meeting reality! Friday, January 18, 2013. January 18th - A Funny Thing about Discipline. Well, I am one week in to being back in the saddle.on the wagon.errrr.some sort of old western flick reference, anyway. So how's it going? It is definitely been bouncy. I've bounced around all week between what I WANT and what I NEED to do to get there. I read something on a friend's Facebook wall that blew my mind. Read it again, folks,. But I want it NOW.

Yes, I came here just to tell you that there won't be a FAB Friday Fitness tip from our good friend Barb. I have SO much to do today that I didn't even snap a weigh in pic. Getting in shape. Feeling fabulous! A Weight Loss Blog. 2013 Shaping Up Fabulous. March 6, 2015. I started working out a few weeks ago. At first, I did 20 minutes a day for two weeks. This week, I started 30 minutes a day and i’ll take that into next week as well. I am trying to work my way up to working out at least 45 minutes every day. Exercise is starting to become addicting. I mean, exercise is awesome! I do some kick boxing and I’ve tried Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. This feels so liberating!
