Nut so fast…. January 29, 2011 in Thoughts. Since I am allergic to nuts a. Gluten, life can get pretty tricky. Reading labels thoroughly has become my new way of life… but not after learning the hard way. Recently, I’ve noticed that a lot of great gluten-free products are not also. I used to love (and I mean LOVE) eating nuts. So, obviously it has been pretty hard for me to give them up completely. Especially since some of my (newly discovered) favorite. Foods have nuts and/or nut flavoring in them.

July 13, 2010 in G-Free Recipes. So, tonight I concocted this delish little desert gluten-free banana bread! And I posted the recipe (complete with step-by-step pictures) here, for you. Try it out and post a comment! 1/3 cup of melted butter. 1 cup of sugar. 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract. 2 teaspoons of baking soda.
