The Best Pork Chops. 4-1" thick pork chops ( as you can see mine were little thin, 12 is what I used). 2-4 large eggs(depending on how many chops). Salt/pepper( montreal seasoning works too). Italian seasoning or herb seasoning. 1 C of seasoned bread crumbs. 1 C of parmesan in a can. Beat 2 eggs together in a bowl. In another bowl mix the remainder ingredients together. Make sure all is covered with breading mix.

I consolidated two posts into one from my other blog. 3/4 C Brown Sugar(I used Splenda Brown Sugar). 1/4 C Granulated Sugar (Again Splenda). 1 1/2 C Oatmeal. I had to laugh at my title because this recipe being "light" is like going to McD's asking for a Quarter Pounder with Fries and a Diet Coke! In a large bowl put your 12 medium white potatoes sliced 1/8" thick(mandolin works great for this although I have yet to own one). Add to the potatoes.Seasoned salt, pepper and 2 Tbs of melted butter. Mix thoroughly. Add remaining potato mixture.spread out evenly.
