Avoid sleeping on a metal-spring mattress; choose a wooden bed as metal beds can collect radiation. Avoid sitting with electric cables under your chair or desk. Whenever possible, avoid spending any time near power stations or high voltage power lines. Remove electrical toys, for example: train sets, video games, etc. from your children's bedroom. Use a protective screen on your computer.

But what if you don't know you have it, or are extremely ill and have to go to a hospital? That is a question I asked myself this week. I had to go to the hospital to visit someone and what I saw shocked me beyond belief. So if someone had EHS how would they cope? What would the Dr's give them if they had an outbreak?
