Case Study - Mountain Rescue. Half day (4 hours). Full day (6 hours). Two day corrective training. All prices are per course. For price per head, divide by the number of drivers. Maximum number of drivers per course is four. For space reasons, three is preferable. Half day courses include coffee, tea and biscuits. Full day courses include a packed lunch. LANTRA registered courses require a lead time of two weeks and can accommodate a maximum of three students. All prices include VAT.

Case Study - Mountain Rescue. The Great Hall is the heart of the Castle. It is a magnificent room, oak panelled with an oak floor and Spanish chestnut ceiling. A minstrels’ gallery runs the length of one wall, the opposite wall having huge windows looking out towards the distant Pennines. A wide staircase, leading from the minstrels’ gallery to the body of the Hall, provides the bride a chance to make a spectacular entrance.

Case Study - Mountain Rescue. For a more intimate atmosphere, the Drawing Room is also licensed for civil ceremonies and can seat up to forty-seven people. Close family are usually accorded the sofas and armchairs close to where the Registrar will conduct the ceremony. Other chairs are arranged round this nucleus to provide the number of seats required.

Case Study - Mountain Rescue. The woodlands were largely felled during the second world war to provide for the war effort. Post-war, they were replanted largely with soft-woods to produce wood for building and pulp for paper. Two large areas of soft woods were recently clear-felled and the resulting regenerative growth indicated that both areas were sites of ancient woodland. They have since both been replanted with broadleaf species.
