Griffin Berry Farm has been open since 1989, owned and operated by the Griffin family. We purchased 22 acres in 1986 when it was an abandoned soy bean field, and Bill's fun project quickly turned into the family's "fun" hobby. In 1995, we built our home at the farm which saved hours of driving time. We still have ripe blueberries so will be open Saturday, June 25, 7:30 am until 12:30 pm, or until ripe berries are gone. This Saturday will be our last day of the season. Our Favorite Blueberry Recipes. One gallon of Country Time lemonade (or fresh squeezed) to one cup of blueberry juice. One glass of lemonade to 2 Tbspns of blueberry juice. To get juice, cook blueberries in saucepan on low heat. Do not add water. Berries will burst while cooking and release juice.
