Big Heart Small Town". The Hamtramck Historical Museum is at 9525 Jos. Campau between Poland and Norwalk Streets, just north of Holbrook Avenue. Currently the museum is open from 11 am to 4 pm Saturdays and Sundays and by appointment. Call (313) 893-5027. Admittance to the museum also can be gained by visiting the Polish Art Center next door to the museum. A staff person at the Polish Art Center will be glad to show you the museum. There is no admission charge but donations are greatly appreciated.
