The sauce was made from straining the red wine that I braised the loin in and then I added some black currant jelly and then cooked/reduced it some more. The rutabaga puré, I boiled 60% rutabaga to 40% potatos and some yellow onions in heavy cream and then mixed it with a hand mixer. Whisk 3 egg yolks, 1.5 dl powdered suger, pinch of cardemon and squeeze of lemon until frothy. in an another bowl whisk 4 dl heavy cream until fluffy then fold into egg mixture. Cover a form with plastic wrap as shown and then pour mix into form, place in freezer for 4 hours or more. When done it can easily be sliced to serve. Pizza a la Tony.

Oturligt nog räckte inte golvet till, så det blev till att åka och köpa ett extra paket och lägga färdigt dagen efter. Sådär, nu är rummet "klart", nu återstår bara att inreda det till ett mysigt barnrum och det är där jag står just nu. Här har vi före-bilder:. Onsdag 28 mars 2018. Tre veckor i skön värme. Hej på er alla. Nu är jag tillbaka från tre veckor i skön sol o värme. Det blev Teneriffa även denna gång och jag är uppriktigt glad att jag får uppleva lite värme mitt i vinterkylan. Teneriffa helt bra denna årstid om än det är helt uppbyggt för turister. Jag brukar ju nämligen mest gilla mindre ställen men sol o skön värme är a och o. Vi hade 22-26 och sol alla dagar men även moln, inget regn. En fin ståtlig blomma här, tyvärr har jag inget namn men den var...
