She's a full-time mom, self-taught photographer, and earlier this year started a weight-loss challenge for her readers (which I started but sadly will not win). Recently she posted about how she's dealing with an injury that's preventing her from running, so she went swimming instead. I've never seen anything like that before! Note to future doctors, even if you haven't seen that before, please, please lie.

Tuesday, February 15, 2011. For Christmas, Mallory gave me a whole array of lovelies that perhaps I will tell you about sometime, and one of them was this beautiful mug. I love this mug. I drink out of it whenever possible, and I'm always bummed when it has to take its turn in the dishwasher. (But I'm grateful for dishwashers.). Here's the thing. I love stories. October 30, 2011. October.what a month! In the OR getting ready for the baby! We've had a very busy and sleep deprived month here at our home. With the arrival of our Sweet Pea, Brynn on October 4th things have been pretty crazy around here. She made her appearance 3 weeks early.which had us a little worried.but she is absolutely perfect and immediately stole our hearts. Anxious but not wanting to let the other know so didn't get out hopes up too high. Cleaning her off and trying to get her to breath.

October 26, 2010. I absolutely LOVE Fall! The sights, smells, weather and traditions. it's also the time of year Mandi and I were married :) This past Sunday, we started our first annual kids pumpkin carving extravaganza. But the best part was that when I was heading out the door, the Young Men/Young Women (my church's local youth group) knocked on the door and asked to do some service as part of a service scavenger hunt.
