Tuesday, February 3, 2015. 1 steak fillet cut up. 5 tbls Olive oil. 2 cups cooked rice ( I used brown rice). Half an onion chopped. 2 Tablespoon Garlic crushed. 1 Tablespoon butter (I use margarine). 1 Tablespoon soy sauce. Chop up steak into small pieces. Drizzle 1 Tbls Olive Oil into wok on high heat. Add Steak to Wok and saute Steak until cooked (approx 5 min). Moved cooked steak into a separate dish.
