Use a whisk to mix all the dry ingredients together. 2 Pour milk and egg into the flour mixture. Whisk until a smooth, thick batter forms. 6 Top off with some desiccated coconut. Natural pistachios, crushed. 1 Place flour, milk, egg, baking powder and sugar into a large mixing bowl. 2 Whisk all ingredients together until a semi-runny batter forms (you may need to add more milk- but make sure its not TOO runny) 3.
