So here it is my version of a zucchini lasagna and it was delicious! The recipe for 3-4 persons:. 15 minutes prep 45 minutes in the oven. 100 g parma ham. 800 g diced tomatoes. 4 tbs homemade red pesto. 250 g ricotta cheese. Couple of thyme sprigs. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Put the lasagna in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
