Prep Time: 15 minutes. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 cup wheat bran. 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 cup unsalted butter, soft. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large 9x5 inch loaf pan. 2) Whip 2 bananas and sugars until mix is creamy. Add butter, eggs, and vanilla and whip until smooth. Mix in all dry ingredients until blended then add walnuts and blend for an additional minute.
