M and M Dude and Mr. President seeing an 80 year old turtle up close while snorkeling; he even looked them right in the eye and then swam back down to the bottom of the ocean! And they even saw a huge puffer fish and some type of fish with vampire teeth that we cannot find a picture in any ocean books (maybe it's a new species? Searching for sea glass.

Both of my kids received awards last week at their end of trimester assembly. This assembly was even more special in that Firecracker received her VERY FIRST SCHOOL AWARD! While driving around the track, M and M Dude saw Tom Cruise about 4 feet away and said, "Hey Tom Cruise", and pointed to him. Tom Cruise saw Mr. President in the back and said, "Happy Father's Day" to my husband and waved to my son! It took a couple of days for him to come down from the clouds! M&M Dude and Blue Ladybug.

Stay hungry, stay foolish. 我最喜歡的一個練習其實很簡單，就是丟球跟丟棍子，特別是丟棍子，狀況是這樣：場上有十幾個人圍成一圈，同時有許多約一米長的棍子拋來拋去，把棍子拋出去的人，就要跟著跑出去，棍子很危險，在場上跑的人也很危險，丟的人也要很注意，要確定和別人眼神接觸後，才能把棍子丟出去。 為什麼我很喜歡這個練習呢？因為他非常非常需要專注，場上的每一個人，你不是在丟，就是準備在接，或是準備在跑，簡單的三個動作：丟、接、移動，不斷的切換，這不就是最基本的演員工作嗎？我想如果在外面看，流暢的話，這畫面應該會非常的有機且美麗。 而且，當每個演員都專注在當下"玩"但不是嬉鬧的話，雖然場上沒有任何聲音，可是每個人其實是把那種"玩"的態度放在心裡，所以每次丟完棍子，都會有種很快樂滿足的感覺。 這是我之所以喜歡這個遊戲，它會時時提醒我，演戲就是這樣，沉靜的執行"丟、接、移動"，然後在心中保持玩樂的心情。 4不要設限- 這或許是最重要的眼前功課 有太多我不知道的阻礙在前面 它讓我的行動遲緩 讓我的思考先於行動 讓我的專注力降低. 過了五個月，還不管說我已經完全學會放鬆，...
